When you use Try Before Wear, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
  • Uploaded images: Photos of yourself and outfit images you upload for virtual try-on generation.
  • Generated results: AI-generated try-on images produced from your uploads.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use the service, including generation counts and timestamps.
  • Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Images

The images you upload (person photos and outfit images) are used exclusively for the purpose of generating AI-powered virtual try-on results. Your images are:

  • Processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate try-on results.
  • Stored temporarily on our servers to enable you to view and download results.
  • Automatically deleted after 10 days, or sooner if you manually delete a generation.

We do not sell, share, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the try-on service.

3. Image Storage and Deletion

All uploaded images and generated results are stored temporarily. They are automatically deleted:

  • 10 days after creation, through our automated cleanup process.
  • Immediately when you manually delete a generation from your dashboard.

You can delete your generations at any time from your dashboard. Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.

4. AI Processing

Our virtual try-on feature uses Google Gemini AI to process your images. When you generate a try-on:

  • Your person image and outfit image are sent to Google's AI service for processing.
  • The AI analyzes the images and generates a composite try-on result.
  • The result is returned to our servers and made available to you.

Google's AI processing is governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Google's terms for information on how they handle data.

5. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data securely.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, encrypted connections, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your account information.
  • Delete your generations and associated images at any time.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
