Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are processed through Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Unused credits do not carry over or receive refunds.

3. Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Generations that have already been processed and delivered.
  • Partial use of a billing period after cancellation.
  • AI-generated results that do not meet your expectations, as results depend on image quality and AI processing.

If you believe you have been charged in error, or if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us and we will review your case.

4. Failed Generations

Failed generations do not consume credits. If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, you will not be charged for it.
